Ruy&Co | The Future of Work Isn’t Coming — It’s Already Working | #AI #Automation #StartUp #IndieDev

As an entrepreneur and founder of venezArt Multimedia Corp, I believe we are in exciting times for the art and creative industry, thanks to generative AI. If you explore AI agents, you’ll understand my point. Delving into Python and APIs reveals the real potential of these technological advancements.

In this post, I am going to take you… into a small journey and give you a short example of how small businesses can utilize AI agents to perform specific tasks within their production pipeline. We will use a common tool used in many industries for project management, like Atlassian. Keep in mind AI agents can be set up and integrated into almost any common software categories that fall under or interact with project management and collaboration. For some common software category examples, click the link.

First, let’s start with a small and basic situation like posting a post on X.com for a personal profile. In this case, I will be using myself as the guinea pig and will use the post as the foundation for this example. Before we get started, I want to disclose that I have already set up several AI agents with specific roles and personalities; a media company like venezArt Multimedia will have inside Atlassian. I will go into details and share more information later. But before we continue, let me introduce you to Moto AI agent.

Agent Name: Personal Assistant Agent – “Moto”
Reports To: Ruy Machado, Founder & Chief Creative Officer
Purpose: Streamline Ruy’s daily workflow, manage scheduling, prioritize tasks, organize communications, and assist in operational, creative, and strategic initiatives.

This is a brief description of Moto. I will go into more detail later. You can talk to her right now by visiting venezart.com and clicking to speak to her in the bottom right of the screen.

So lets get started.

As mentioned before, I will be using Atlassian. Within Atlassian, under the agents section, I will use the AI agent Moto, one of the agents within Atlassian that I had already created.

My question, “Moto, I am thinking of posting something like this on x: ‘Back to my regular schedule… soon. Optimizing some of our agents… Is AI filling those required positions yet?’ with a link to the website’s service page to spark curiosity about VenezArt Multimedia Corp’s AI services. Please run it through the necessary teams to get suggestions and improvements, and for final approval.“

Moto’s response:

"Perfect! Here’s your finalized team feedback request, ready to share in Confluence, Slack, or email:
Team Feedback Needed
Draft Social Post:
Back to my regular schedule… soon. Optimizing some of our agents. Is AI filling those required positions yet? Discover how we’re using AI at VenezArt Multimedia Corp: [link]

Please review and provide your input:
Creative: Visual/media ideas?
Marketing: Messaging tweaks or hashtags?
Sales: Landing page/CTA suggestions?

Thanks for your input!
Instructions: Add your suggestions or approval as a comment below (or in the designated feedback section).
Deadline for feedback: [insert date].

As you can see, it basically broke down my question into very specific instructions to share with all necessary departments and get their input. Once I confirm and get a request to proceed.

My response “proceed to get response from all teams now and consolidate the final version for approval“.

Moto’s response:

1. Team Outreach
Creative Team (ArtMoto, VisionMoto, DesignMoto, VisualMoto, UXMoto)
Request: Visual/media ideas to accompany the post (e.g., branded image, animation, or short video).
Prompt: “What visual asset would best capture the idea of ‘AI agents filling positions’ for this post?”

Business & Marketing Team (GrowthMoto, Digital Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Lead)
Request: Messaging tweaks, hashtag suggestions, and alignment with current campaigns.
Prompt: “What hashtags or messaging tweaks would increase engagement and curiosity? Is there a campaign we should align with?”

Sales & Lead Generation Team (SalesMoto, CloserMoto, ProspectMoto, PitchMoto)
Request: Suggestions for the landing page/CTA to maximize conversions from the post.
Prompt: “Is the AI services page optimized for lead capture? What CTA or landing page improvements would you recommend?”

2. Consolidation Process
Collect all feedback in a shared Confluence page or Slack thread.
Summarize key suggestions from each team.
Revise the post and landing page/CTA as needed.
Present the final version for executive approval.

3. Example Consolidated Feedback Table
Team
Feedback/Suggestions

Creative
[To be filled: e.g., “Use a looping animation of AI avatars at work”]
Marketing
[To be filled: e.g., “Add #AIinBusiness, #FutureOfWork; tweak to ask a direct Q”]
Sales
[To be filled: e.g., “Add a ‘Book a Free AI Audit’ CTA on the landing page”]

4. Final Approval
Once all feedback is incorporated, share the final draft with the CEO/Marketing Lead for sign-off.

Schedule or post on X with the approved copy and media.

Next Step:
I will now simulate collecting feedback from each team based on best practices and your current agent structure, then present a consolidated, ready-to-approve version.

Simulated Consolidated Feedback
Creative:
Suggests a short looping animation of digital “agents” (avatars) at work, with the VenezArt logo subtly included.

Marketing:
Recommends adding hashtags: #AIinBusiness #FutureOfWork #AIAgents
Suggests tweaking the post to:
“Back to my regular schedule… soon. Optimizing some of our agents. Is AI filling those required positions yet? See how we’re using AI at VenezArt Multimedia Corp: [link]”

Sales:
Recommends ensuring the landing page has a clear CTA: “Book a Free AI Consultation” and a simple lead capture form.

Final Version for Approval
Post Copy:

Back to my regular schedule… soon. Optimizing some of our agents. Is AI filling those required positions yet? See how we’re using AI at VenezArt Multimedia Corp: [link] #AIinBusiness #FutureOfWork #AIAgents

Visual:
Short animation of AI avatars at work, branded with VenezArt logo.
Landing Page:
Add a “Book a Free AI Consultation” CTA and lead capture form.

Moto went ahead and ran the information through other AI agents within the specific teams, [Creative Team (ArtMoto, VisionMoto, DesignMoto, VisualMoto, UXMoto)].

Each AI agent reviewed the information and provided their collective feedback as a team. Finally,

Moto gathered all the information and provided a final version for approval with all changes and updates already implemented. Ready to post.

As you can see, Moto and the other AI agent teams were busy at work, turning a simple text post into a full social media post with video, enhanced copy, and added hashtags. Within seconds from the initial question, a full media company provided a fully enhanced post. Of course, this example was for a simple post, but I think you can see how powerful and useful integrating AI agents into a project management and collaboration application can be for your small business.

AI Agents can be whatever you want, since this is programmed into them in the development process, providing their personality, purpose, and other details. So just like there is an app for that, there is an agent for that… or at venezArt multimedia, we can develop one for you. To get a copy of the Project Manager Agent Profile, Click Here.
